    - Managed Artbase database for the Gallery’s archives.

    - Managed the gallery storage facility 

    - Organized and oversaw all shipments for artworks to collectors homes, gallery shows, museum exhibitions, and art fairs 

    - Assisted in the planning, coordinating, and design of all gallery exhibitions.

National Sculpture Society - Assistant to Executive Director, New York, NY

Oct. 2004 - Feb. 2005

    - Office Administration : Layout, design, writing, research, and production of the NSS news bulletin. 

    - Created and programmed systems for pedestal management and selection. 

    - Other duties included general correspondence.

    - Exhibition Display : Assisted in “The Sea” exhibition (January 2005).

      Duties included: exhibition design and display, preparing materials for jury selection, packing and crating sculptures,

      as well as creating and maintaining the NSS database.

      Other exhibitions include “The Annual” and “The American West”.


University of Pennsylvania's Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology - Philadelphia, PA

Summer 2002

    - Worked as an intern on the Collection Move Project for the Oceanic Department.       

    - This encompassed moving over 2000 works to the new storage facility. 

    - Other work entailed data entry, conservation, providing a safe environment for the artifacts, as well as organizing and processing      works.


Museum Exhibition Course Bloomsburg University - Bloomsburg, PA

Spring 2002

    - Assisted with the organization and installation of Carol Burns' exhibition in the Haas Gallery. 

    - Headed the packing and shipping of the artist's pieces to and from New Mexico. 

    - Participated on committees for brochure design, gallery design, promotion, food, and entertainment.


Artspace Gallery Volunteer - Bloomsburg, PA

Fall 2001

    - Cooperated in remodeling the gallery, installing artwork, promotion, mailings,       

    - Assisted in organizing three exhibitions, and volunteered in the gallery after school and on weekends.
